Flexibility is required though, as the Coronavirus impacts the tourism industry. In the event where your trip is disrupted due to Covid-19, the below terms and conditions apply:

We suggest that all guests should book their travel insurance that covers for Covid-19 impact.  Should you wish to cancel your booking, we will supply you with the necessary paperwork to claim your travel insurance. If you are not covered by travel insurance, please refer to the policies on our managed villas below in the event your trip is disrupted.

GENERAL POLICY :

For existing booking made before 1st of June 2021

The existing cancellation policies apply. If the booking arrival date is equivalent to or more than thirty (30) days, we give the flexibility to postpone the booking and convert it into a credit voucher:

Up to eighteen (18) months from the initial arrival date if the booking is confirmed with full payment.
Up to twelve (12) months from the date of cancellation if the booking is confirmed only with a deposit. Balance payment can be done upon arrival.

If the booking arrival date is less than thirty (30) days, the cancellation policy will be based on the promotion rate booked by the guest.

For new bookings from 1st of July 2021 onwards:

Cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before the date of arrival are eligible for a credit note for up to twelve (12) months from your original arrival date OR a cash refund of 80% from the total invoice.
Cancellations made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date will be converted into a credit note for up to twelve (12) months from your original arrival date – no cash refund.
For peak season bookings: If you cancel anytime due to a COVID-related event, you will be provided with twelve (12) months credit from the original arrival date – no cash refund.

Booking refund or providing a credit note are based on the following conditions:

Your country of residence issues a travel ban or a warning of ‘Do not travel’ (or the equivalent) to the destination booked.
Your flight is canceled and alternatives are not available.
There is a government-enforced quarantine upon your return from one of our destinations.

Terms and Conditions:

A proof will be required before confirming eligibility to this clause.
Cash refund will be minus any fees that may be incurred for international remittance if requested.
Credit note allows you to rebook the same villa during the same rate period (season) within twelve (12) months of your original arrival date. You may confirm your travel dates at a later point in time, as long as the stay is completed within twelve (12) months of the original check-in date.
The minimum length of stay shall also follow the period of the new dates.
Policy for new bookings applies to selected managed villas.
Extension of credit note validity may be requested and it is subject to approval.

PROMO RATE & LONG STAY BOOKING POLICY :

For bookings made since 1st May 2020 for any special promotion rate or long stay booking (weekly & monthly), the cancellation will follow the Terms & Conditions of each promotion. Please make sure you are aware and read carefully the terms and conditions before making any booking.

Great Bali Villas COVID-19 Health & Safety Guidelines

We commit to providing the high-level standards of Health & Safety in Bali Holiday Accommodation and have adapted our usual practices in line with World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines and we also follow local government updates to ensure the villas remain a COVID-safe getaway:

Cleanliness at the villa

  • Deep cleaning and sanitizing of the villa before guest check-in.
  • We will professionally disinfect hard surface areas to ensure all areas are fully covered before check-in.
  • Daily cleaning of common areas, swimming pools, as well as bedrooms and bathrooms.

Your safety

  • Hand sanitizers are available in every villa. Medical face masks are available on request free of charge.
  • Staff will always wear masks during their duties, regularly wash their hands, and do daily temperature checks. The kitchen staff wears masks and gloves. Staff during cleaning will wear a mask and gloves.
  • Daily temperature checking of staff and guests upon check-in.
  • Any guests showing signs of fever, dry cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, and muscle pain will be referred to the local hospital.

Social distancing

  • Our staff observes social distancing rules and will wear masks & gloves when serving food and beverages.
  • Although they might be physically distant, be rest assured that we will still deliver the same warm service with a smile!

Staff vaccinations

  • In line with the vaccination program in Bali, we’re delighted to inform you that 100% of our local team members have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Bali, the Island of Gods warmly opens its gate to welcome international travelers. You can enjoy our tranquil, beautiful, and tropical island with NO QUARANTINE and Visa on Arrival (VoA). These guidelines describe conditions to enter or exit Indonesia territory, especially Bali during COVID-19. It should be followed for your safe, enjoyable, and healthy trip to Bali. So, get your luggage ready and see you in Bali!

Visa On Arrival (VOA)

VoA – Visa on Arrival will be granted to passport holders/citizens of the following countries at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, Bali:

VoA-Visa on Arrival costs IDR 500.000 per person (no matter if adult or child) and the payment is on arrival.

VoA-Visa on Arrival entitles to a single Entry into Bali/Indonesia, stay up to 30 days, and can be extended a maximum of 1 time at Immigration Office (charge may be applied).

Payment can be done by: Visa Card Master Card Debit Card Cash in IDR or foreign currency Foreign Currencies USD, EURO, GBP, SGD, and others as per set exchange rate

VoA- Visa on Arrival Terms Conditions:

  • Passport validity min. 6 months.
  • RETURN air flight ticket (or one way + outward journey from Bali)
  • Min. 2 x vaccinated with WHO authorized vaccinations, and the 2nd vaccination must have been given at least 2 weeks prior to departure (except for 1 x COVID-19 vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson, Sputnik V, or Convidecia, other conditions may be applied).

International Travelers Entry Terms Conditions:

  • International travelers 0 – 17,99 do not require to show COVID-19 Vaccination proofs (neither physical nor digital copy).
  • International travelers 18 years and above require to be fully vaccinated.
  • Any proof of COVID-19 recovery does not count as vaccination.
  • Negative COVID-19 PCR Swab text max. 48 hours (2 x 24 hours) from the country of origin.
  • Vaccination proof has to be integrated/authorized https://vaksinln.dto.kemkes.go.id/sign/in.
  • In case the system fails clients can present a physical copy of EU or WHO Vaccination proofs (fully vaccinated).
  • Upon arrival at DPS Airport, ground staff can help to integrate data into PEDULI LINDUNGI APP.
  • Travel insurance with COVID-19 coverage per person.
  • Download Peduli Lindungi APP.
  • Register e-CD (Electronic Custom Declaration). For all other citizens/passport holders, they can still enter with a B211A Visitor Visa – the same terms & conditions apply.

Guidelines for PCR Swab Test/Health procedures upon arrival:

  • Peduli Lindungi App has to be completed latest upon arrival in DPS (airport ground staff can help).
  • Proceed to 1st PCR Swab Test at DPS Airport.
  • Payment of 1st PCR Swab Test = IDR 275.000,– Payment in cash IDR, VISA Card, Master Card, Debit Card, Payment Link/Transfer, Common Foreign Currencies (change will be given in IDR).
  • Check-in at the accommodation and await the 1st PCR Swab Test in the room (3 – 6 hours).
  • If the PCR Swab test result is negative, international travelers can continue the activities.
  • If the PCR Swab test result is positive, and if there are no or only very minor symptoms it is required to undergo 5 days of isolation at dedicated isolation hotels covered by insurance or on own expenses. Elderly people and persons with health issues will be admitted to a hospital. The decision is done after physical examination by medical staff/doctor (by insurance or on own expenses). On day 5 if the guest is testing negative, they can continue their travel plans on day 6.
  • International travelers must strictly follow the health protocol.

Indonesia Passport Holders
Residents are those with Bali KTP ( Identity cards) who will need to show proof of their identity card domiciled in Bali and can await their PCR on arrival test result at their place of residence.

Foreign National Passport Holders
Residents are those with Bali  Identity cards who will need to show proof of their identity card domiciled in Bali and can await their PCR on arrival test result at their place of residence.

Departure procedure from Bali, what has to be done? 

  • Airlines/Authorities require a negative PCR Swab Test upon check-in at DPS Airport.
  • PCR Swab Test can be done at any of 27 authorized laboratories or by accommodation visit service, the price is IDR 275.000 with visitation/transportation extra charges for conducting the test at the accommodation.
  • PCR Swab Test for departure is always conducted in the morning and the result will be received by WA or email in the evening on the same day, so it has to be done min. 1 day prior to departure (1 – 2 days before departure).

Note: Travelers remain responsible for verifying all documents required for the date they anticipate entering and complying with all Government health protocols.
